    In the current society, more and more foundations choose to cooperate with enterprises to carry out public welfare project. This thesis reviews the domestic and international research situation of cooperation between foundations and enterprises,based on the case of a cancer patients assistance program carried out by a certain foundation and enterprise, to show the problems in cooperation and put forward to improve the proposal for the cooperation, in order to provide some guidance or reference to other foundations and enterprises which engaged in cooperation in the future.
