主讲人简介/About the Speaker:
崔凤鸣，美国波士顿大学特殊教育博士，中国南京大学教育学硕士。 现任哈佛大学法学院残障事业发展项目中国项目主任。崔凤鸣博士立足于国际领域一直致力于促进残障人权利，树立对残障的积极态度，改变固有的观念和歧视，营造常态和有益的社会环境。所从事的研究与实践涉及就业，教育，家庭，社区等方面的融合和平等参与。研究方向和成果具体包括比较特殊教育法，全纳教育，家庭支持，残障NGO的发展，残障人就业权利，残障与社会发展等。
Fengming Cui holds an Ed.D in special education from Boston University, U.S.A. and an Ed.M from Nanjing University, China. She is currently the Director of China Program at Harvard Law School Project on Disability. Dr. Fengming Cui has been making efforts to enhance equal rights for persons with disabilities, promote positive attitude toward disability, raise awareness, eliminate discrimination, and nurture normal and healthy social environment from an international perspective. Her research and project includes inclusion and equal participation in employment, education, families, and communities. Her research publications address comparative special education laws, inclusive education, family support, the development of disabled persons’ organizations, equal rights of persons with disabilities in employment, and disability and broader social development.

内容简介/Abstract：
基于残障的负面态度和观念长期以来一直影响着残障权利保护和实现。 残障人基本权利的保障，最关键和具有挑战性的还是态度和观念的问题。中国成为联合国《残疾人权利公约》首批的缔约国和履约国之一，使得《公约》在中国可能产生积极的影响。本讲座通过对《公约》关于残障的新视角的诠释，分析影响“残障”这个概念的模式以及“基于残障的歧视，”旨在倡导营造积极、健康的社会环境，消除制约平等参与的社会障碍和负面态度，促进社会融合和有利于残障的常态人生发展。
Discrimination on the basis of disability and negative attitude have been barriers affecting the disability rights protection and development. Attitude and awareness remain very challenging and critical issues in protecting the basic rights of persons with disabilities. China signed and ratified the UN CRPD, making it possible for the positive impact of the UN CRPD in China. This talk focuses on the interpretation of the new perspective of disability emphasized in the CRPD, analyzes the models of disability and discrimination on the basis of disability. The purpose of the talk is to advocate for the positive and healthy social environment, eliminate attitudinal and social barriers for equal participation, and promote social inclusion and development for persons with disabilities.
