农民工的社会融合是一个农民工与城市居民双向互动的过程，在以往的社会融合研究中，更多的是将农民工作为研究的主体，讨论农民工对城市的适应状况，而城市居民作为城市利益的既得者却长期处于集体失语状态。本研究从利益集团的视角出发，探讨北京市居民对农民工的接纳意愿及影响因素。基于对北京市居民的调查和实证分析，发现城市居民对农民工的总体评价较高，认可其对城市的贡献，但是接纳农民工作为城市一员上存在差异。在与城市居民生活、工作关联度越高的领域，城市居民的接纳度越低。
The social integration of migrant workers is a two-way interactive process between migrant workers and urban residents. This research introduces interest group theory to analyze Beijing residents' social acceptance willingness to migrant workers and influencing factors. Based on the investigation, we can found Beijing residents' have high evaluation of the migrant workers, admitted their contribution to the city, but the willingness to accept migrant workers as a member of the city are different .And with high correlation domain of urban life and work, the Beijing residents have lower acceptance.
