China Institute of Health (CIH) held its annual review meeting

The Annual Review Meeting of China Institute of Health (CIH) was held on 10 October 2010 at Beijing Normal University. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Tian Donghua. CIH Honorary President ZhangWenkang was present at the meeting.

The meeting was started with the review of administrative work in the past year by research assistant Shi Dan, before Prof. Qu Zhiyong and Prof. Tian Donghua reported respectively the work they’ve done in Mental Health and Rural Health in the past year in details.

Honorary president Zhang Wenkang, former Health Minister of China, encouraged coworkers at CIH to carry on their good work and noted that they should keep on to attach importance to connecting their research with social reality and turning their knowledge into action, to do a better job in providing policy advice to the Chinese government.
