SSDPP sign agreement with an association of MIIT

The School of Social Development and Public Policy signed a strategic collaboration agreement with China Electronics Standardization Association of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on the first Social Responsibility Annual Meeting of the Electronics Industry on 10 January 2013.

The agreement entails collaborations on the fields of the promotion of Social Responsibilities in companies of the Electronics industry, policy studies, and international collaboration and others.

The collaboration will bring closer the supply and demand of social responsibility talent by achieving more direct communication between educational institutions and industry associations. Both sides agreed upon the following goals in the agreement:

-Build up social responsibility departments in more than 300 enterprises over the following 3 years.

-Open more than 1000 working posts for social responsibility talent within the Electronics industry

-SSDPP will provide Social Responsibility policy advice and counsel for relevant government bodies.

- Push forward international communication and collaboration in the certain field.
