2nd SSDPP School Life Salon Wrapped Up

　　 The school student union organized the second school life salon on 2 December 2012. Compared to the first time, the 2nd school life salon has seen more participants. There were more than 20 of them, coming from different programs including academic master’s program, Master’s of Public Administration and the international master’s program in Contemporary Development of China. Drawing from the experience from the 1st school life salon, the salon this time is better organized to serve for its two goals: creating a platform for communications & improve students’ language skills. 

Participants were first given reading materials on two policies on family planning and rural land reform. Chinese students shared their observations or personal experience and answered the various questions that were thrown by international students. 

SSDPP Life Salon, initiated by students themselves, is a platform for students to communicate and support each other.
