Postgraduates of SSDPP Present at the 15th Biennial Conference of the Asian Association of Social Psychology

He Huiqian, a MSW student enrolled in SSDPP in 2022, took part in the 15th Biennial Conference of the Asian Association of Social Psychology held in Hong Kong from July 12 to 16, 2023. It is an authoritative international academic conference on social psychology in Asia, held every other year. This conference was organized by the Hong Kong University of Education, and was attended by experts and scholars in the field of psychology from 27 countries or regions.

He Huiqian’s single paper presentation of "Income Inequality is Associated with Lower Well-Being and Resilience by Upward Social Comparison" was accepted by the conference and she was invited to deliver a speech at the event.

In the parallel session themed on "Effects of Economic Inequality", He Huiqian made friendly exchanges with the scholars from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Beijing Normal University, and Nagoya University of Commerce & Business on the conference theme.
