The 2021 MSW Class Carries out Team Building Activities to Commemorate the 120th Anniversary of Beijing Normal University SSDPP (Zhuhai Campus)



To commemorate the 120th Anniversary of Beijing Normal University and review the past, the 2021 MSW Class launched the team building activities at 19:00 on May 15 to present its alma mater with the best wishes in the form of art performance.

The activities were rich in forms, including art performance, interesting games, school song chorus and flower arrangement to send blessings. The art show was rich in programs, including crosstalk, guitar solo, dance show, magic, song solo and chorus, etc. The activities were wonderful and the atmosphere was warm.

A game with the theme of "Happy Game for Fun" was arranged. Through games such as song guessing, fun sports, drum beating and flower passing, the activity integrated such elements as sports, culture, entertainment and cooperation to help students release pressure and enjoy fun as well as to activate the atmosphere.

The most exciting part of the team building is the school song chorus, which was arranged to commemorate the 120th Anniversary of Beijing Normal University. With the changes of the times, the school song has changed from praising "honesty, courage, diligence and love" to "invigorating teachers", and from encouraging "preciseness, realism and erudition" to advocating "education to rejuvenate the nation, passing down the flame from generation to generation". With a profound meaning, it is unique at campus and has been sung for hundreds of years. The melody reminds us not only of the zigzag and brilliant past but also of the brilliant future of our alma mater!

In addition to the team building, we also organized and mobilized students to carry out creative flower arrangement activities. Through online flower art teaching, students launched creation activity with the theme of "presenting to Beijing Normal University". The carnations, peonies, gypsophila paniculata and roses have been pruned, layered and exquisitely embellished by the students and become colorful and unique flower arrangements with richer connotation and charm, which expressed our heartfelt wishes to the alma mater.

Strive to cultivate our own morality, learn well and have enough knowledge and character to teach students. Strive to set up our own image, regulate our own behavior and set a good example for the world. After 120 years of trials and tribulations, the spirit of Beijing Normal University has been unfading. By singing the school song, the 2021 MSW Class wishes Beijing Normal University a happy 120th birthday and a bright future!
