Our heartwarming academic counseling program will help you set sail on the way of graduate study!

        What is the heartwarming academic counseling program?

In the Academic Year 2021-2022, with the strong support of SSDPP, the academic guidance work will continue to build a bridge between students and teachers based on the characteristics of the school, with the academic guidance room as the carrier, the master and doctoral students as the main body, and the tutor team with professional knowledge and teaching experience as the helper, aiming to better meet the graduate students' growing demand for personalized course learning and academic research.

The heartwarming academic counseling program serves all the students of SSDPP. A professional tutor team will be set up to escort the students' graduate study. If you encounter academic problems that need to be addressed or have academic needs, make an appointment with an academic tutor for consultation and guidance as needed. The consultation will be conducted offline or online. The specific time, place and method will be arranged by the academic counseling room after learning about the actual situation of both parties.

        How to implement the heartwarming academic counseling program?

1. The academic counseling room will announce the appointment time available and areas of expertise of the tutors on SSDPP's official website and WeChat official account;

2. Students can check the information of academic tutors on SSDPP's official website and WeChat official account, and send registration emails to the academic counseling room, making clear which tutors they want to make an appointment with, specific academic problems and needs, relevant contact information, consultation time, etc.;

3. After confirming the appointment time and consultation intention, the academic counseling room will notify both parties of the time for one-to-one academic consultation in the academic counseling room (Room 2023).

Fill in Annex 1: Application Form for Heartwarming Academic Counseling of SSDPP, and send it to the email address of the academic counseling room 201921240003@mail.bnu.edu.cn. The assistant administrator of the academic counseling room will reply as soon as possible
