Title: 2022 Graduate Employment Mobilization and MSW Graduation Class Employment Promotion Meeting of SSDPP Abstract: Set Sail for A Job in the Golden Autumn!



In order to promote the employment guidance of graduates in 2022, and help the graduates better understand the employment situation, clarify employment objectives and establish a correct concept of job selection, SSDPP continued to carry out a series of employment promotion activities themed on "good jobs waiting for you" this year. On October 13, 2021, SSDPP successfully held the 2022 graduate employment mobilization and MSW graduation class employment promotion meeting of SSDPP in Rm.2026 of the Rear Main Building, Beijing Normal University.

Hu Man, a full-time teacher of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Center at the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University, was invited to deliver a lecture at the meeting. The head teachers of the graduating classes in Beijing and Zhuhai also attended the event. The activity was organized by the Student Life Guidance Room of SSDPP, combining online and offline meeting. A total of more than 100 students participated in the activity.

Teacher Hu gave a lecture on employment policy. First of all, Hu analyzed the latest employment policies and showed some employment data of Beijing City and Beijing Normal University in recent years so as to help the students better understand the employment situation; Secondly, Hu introduced in detail the functions and services of the education consulting department, employment market department and contracting & dispatch department of the Employment Eenter of Beijing Normal University so that the students can better and faster obtain employment information and employment guidance; Finally, Hu gave in-depth and detailed explanations on specific issues such as employment process, including household registration and archives, key time nodes for employment, graduates' employment destination selection, and the filling specifications of employment recommendation form and employment agreement, which solved the confusion of graduates and provided us with a lot of valuable information.

Later, Teacher Liang Yue presided over the employment promotion meeting of MSW graduation class. At the conference, Mrs. Liang introduced and analyzed the employment data of MSW graduates in 2021 in detail, and reminded the students to grasp opportunities and prepare for a variety of jobs. She encouraged the graduates to communicate with the teachers and seek help whenever they encounter employment problems and difficulties.

Finally, the students asked questions freely, and the teacher gave targeted answers to the questions raised by online and offline students. After this activity, the students have a clearer understanding of the employment situation and employment policy.
