To help the students learn at home, the Academic Counseling Office of SSDPP carried out an investigation and learning activity with the theme of "doing well in academic guidance to support online teaching" from March 9 to March 20.

To support the students' online learning, the Academic Counseling Office conducted a survey on the online teaching process during the epidemic period, made clear the students' problems in online learning, scientific research, employment, life, etc., and reported the students' opinions and suggestions on online teaching to the Student Affair Department, which then reported to the Teaching Director and all the teachers in time so as to improve the teaching quality.

At the same time, in order to help the students' develop good learning habits, the Academic Counseling Office organized a reading experience sharing activity to create a strong learning atmosphere, and sent out online reading experience sharing invitations to all the students. A large number of students participated in the activity. The shared reading experience covers a wide range of books, including professional books, documentary literatures, psychological inspirational literatures, realistic novels, public psychological cartoons, etc., such as the "Lifelong Growth", which subverts the traditional view of success and breaks through the fixed mode of thinking; the "Seeing", which combines personal growth with social changes over the past decade and describes all aspects of society; the "Sociology of Childhood", which explores children's extraordinary ability from the perspective of children; the "Unequal Childhood", which studies how social status shapes the logical strategy of family parenting; the "Bailu Place", which describes the tragedy of human nature and the sufferings of life under the feudal tradition like the old patriarchal clan system with modernist techniques; and the "Blue Pills", which popularizes AIDS knowledge and dispels the stigma of AIDS. (if you want to communicate with book friends or need us to recommend other books, please send your reading response to the following e-mail of the Academic Counseling Office: 201921240003@mail.bnu.edu.cn. The Academic Counseling Office helps book friends establish communication. After returning to campus, the students involved in this activity will receive exquisite gifts prepared by the Academic Counseling Office)

In the activity of "doing well in academic guidance to support online teaching", SSDPP's students actively participated in the research of feedback on online teaching, and made suggestions for our online teaching during the epidemic period. Through the exchange of reading experience, the students made friends with those who share the same ideals with them, learned the wisdom of books, and developed good learning habits.
