JGU delegation from India visits BNU

BNU Vice President CHEN Guangju, International Exchange and Collaboration Section Chief Mm.WANG Xiumei received a delegation from O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), India, at BNU on March 10, 2014.

In his first visit to BNU, Prof. C. Raj Kumar, the founding Vice Chancellor of JGU, briefly introduced this young but vibrant university and expressed deep interests in building up all-around exchange and collaboration with BNU.

SSDPP associate Dean HU Xiaojiang, Prof. Robin LEWIS and Prof. WANG Xinsong also attended the meeting.

JGU got in contact with BNU through joining the International Development and Public Policy Alliance (IDPPA) initiated by BNU School of Social Development and Public Policy in July 2013.

Founded in 2009, JGU comprises of four interdisciplinary schools and offers programmes in law, business, international affairs and public policy. Its fifth school Jindal School of Liberal Arts & Humanities will begin its first academic session in August 2014.
