Social Medicine and Public Health Management

The area of Social Medicine and Public Health Management aims to use the theories, perspectives and approaches of social sciences to identify the social and economic determinants of health. It uses those findings to push forward the making of policies which will foster such conditions and help build a healthiersociety.

It’s fair to say that SSDPP team pioneered the study of Social Medicine in China and has been commissioned to complete a series of programs by Ministry of Health, Ministry of Civil Affairs, the World Bank and many others.
